3. Location Data
Important: This app collects precise location data (GPS) to verify that check-ins and check-outs occur at authorized school locations. Location data is only collected during the check-in/check-out process and is not tracked continuously in the background.
Location data is used solely for attendance verification purposes and is shared only with your school's HR administrators.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers operated by your school organization.
- We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and authentication mechanisms to protect your information.
- Your session is secured using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) with automatic refresh and expiration.
- Your PIN is never stored in plain text — it is securely hashed on the server.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with:
- School Administrators & HR: Attendance records, profile data, and employment information are accessible to authorized school administrators and HR staff for management purposes.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We retain your personal information for as long as your employment account is active or as needed to provide services. Attendance records, payroll data, and employment documents are retained according to your school's record-keeping policies and applicable legal requirements.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal and organizational retention requirements).
